FinePrint Shield is built privacy-first: your files stay on your device by default, protected by PIN and biometrics, and only leave when you choose to run AI analysis or use Secure Share.
Local-first by design
Your documents live on your device by default. Viewing, organizing, editing, signing, and standard OCR happen on-device — not on our servers.
Local encrypted storage
Documents are kept in an on-device encrypted vault, so files stay protected even if your phone is lost or someone else picks it up.
PIN protection
Set a private PIN to lock the app. Only someone with your PIN can open your vault and access your documents.
Biometric authentication
Use fingerprint or face unlock for fast, secure access. Your biometric data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Optional cloud AI analysis
AI Deep Analysis only runs when you start it. Your document is sent over an encrypted connection, analyzed, and not kept on our servers afterward.
Secure Share technology
Share a document or analysis with a private link. Content is protected in transit and at rest, and only people with the link can open it.
Auto-delete after ~24 hours
Secure Share content is automatically deleted about 24 hours after you create the link. You can also revoke a link at any time to remove it sooner.
Link Code for the Web App
Unlock Premium on the Web App using a Link Code generated in the Android app. No password sharing, and you can rotate or revoke the code anytime.
You stay in control
Nothing leaves your device unless you tap the button — whether that's running AI, creating a Secure Share, or signing in on the Web App.
No selling, no tracking
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data, and we don't run third-party ad trackers inside the app.
